RATES & INFORMATION

* Daily Rates: $80.00 per night, up to 4 people, $15.00 for each additional person, including all children.

* Weekly Rates: $525.00 by the Full Week, up to 4 people, $50/week each additional person, including all children.
Example of Full Week: Lets use Sunday for this example. If you were to check in on a Sunday, you would check out the following Sunday at 12:00 noon. As you can see, you will gain a extra night when staying with us, compared to most other lodging rate policies!!

* Day Guests: $5.00 per person, including all children.

*Reservations: Taken by the night, the weekend, or by the week.

* Note: Two-night minimum for weekend reservations. Three night minimum for holiday weekends.

* Check In Time: 4:00 PM.

* EARLY ARRIVALS: If you would like to check into the Lodge prior to the 4:00 PM Check In Time, you will be charged at the rate of $10 per hour, until 4:00 PM. Early check-ins are ONLY possible with prior arrangements made with us. (Early check-ins are only possible if the Lodge has been cleaned and prepared for your arrival in advance, or if there are no guests the night before.)

* Check Out Time: 12:00 Noon

* Deposit: A $80.00 Security/Reservation Deposit is required for daily or weekend reservations, $250 required for weekly rental reservations.

* PAYMENT IN FULL BEFORE or UPON ARRIVAL, Plus PA and local Sales Tax.

* We accept : Credit Cards (814-658-2088) or Cash (No Checks)

* Cancellation Policy: THERE WILL BE A $80 RE-HANDLING FEE ON ALL CANCELLATIONS!

* Security/Reservation Policy: After you check out & upon inspection of the lodging facility by one of our staff, ( and finding nothing wrong ) we will credit your account for the amount of the Security/Reservation Deposit, or refund it to you by check if you paid in cash.

* Pets: Sorry, we do not allow pets inside or outside.

* We supply: One set of linens per bed. ( sheets, pillow, pillow case & comforter)

* We do not supply towels and washcloths.
